Everest of Nordlund Associates arranges 20,000 s/f lease to Ace Gym at 23 Old Right Rd.

Ipswich, MA According to Nordlund Associates, Inc., Ace Gymnastics has signed a lease for 20,000 s/f of space at 23 Old Right Rd. Chris Everest, founder and president of Nordlund Associates, represented Ace Gymnastics in the transaction. 

Ace Gymnastics will be relocating from its previous facility at 91 Newburyport Tpke., also in town. The move supports the organization’s continued growth and will allow it to expand its programming and improve the training environment for athletes of all ages and skill levels. 

“Ace Gymnastics has been a pillar in the North Shore athletic community for years,” said Everest. “This new location offers them the space and flexibility to continue delivering high-quality training and instruction in a larger, upgraded facility.” 

Ace Gymnastics offers a wide variety of programs including recreational and competitive gymnastics, tumbling, preschool classes, and special events.
