Colonial Systems renews 150,000 s/f lease for eight years

Littleton, MA Colonial Systems, a comprehensive resource for installing commercial and institutional interiors for a diverse range of industries nationwide, has renewed the lease on its 150,000 s/f warehouse for another eight years. This commitment enables the company to continue delivering best-in-class service to customers, including furniture and architectural wall installation, warehousing and logistics, and asset management.

With two warehouses and office complexes totaling 175,000 s/f  with racking systems, Colonial Systems is the largest resource of its kind in New England. The company also maintains the region’s largest team of highly experienced foremen and an expansive field staff, all of whom receive best-in-class training in quality, safety, and professionalism.

“The renewal of our warehouse lease underscores Colonial Systems’ commitment to providing outstanding client service,” said CEO Scott Lynch. “With our work expanding to companies in other states and countries, the need for space and sophisticated technologies is increasingly more imperative.”
