Everest of Nordlund Associates reps. Got Books in 65,000 s/f lease
Got Books, Inc., a distributor of used books, videotapes, CDs, DVDs and records, leased 65,000 s/f at 255 Andover St. In addition to highway access, the new location affords Got Books the necessary room to expand the Processing Center and is closer to major Highways serving the region. Chris Everest of Nordlund Associates, Inc. represented Got Books, Inc in both transactions.
Got Books is a local organization dedicated to finding new uses for used books and supporting the local community through books. They collect donations of books and other media through their free home pick-up service.
