Jones Lang LaSalle completes 8,654 s/f lease for RREEF to AMD Global

Jones Lang LaSalle has completed a lease for 8,654 s/f of office space at 321 Billerica Rd. to AMD Global Telemedicine, Inc. The two-story building on five acres is owned by RREEF. Senior vice president Peter Richardson, assistant vice president Troy Coady, and vice president Flory McCarthy negotiated on behalf of the owner. AMD Global was represented by the team of Brian Tisbert, Matt Daniels, and Chris Lawrence of Colliers Meredith & Grew. The first floor space will serve as AMD's New England headquarters. The firm is relocating from Chelmsford Mills in North Chelmsford. "We made the decision to relocate looking to the future," said AMD president Steven Normandin. "Our new location will serve as an ideal environment for us to continue our unprecedented growth and will serve to assist as we implement our future strategic plan." AMD is the world's leading supplier of medical technology for telemedicine. According to Ed Reiss, vice president/asset management of RREEF, "RREEF is pleased to have AMD Global Telemedicine decide that our 321 Billerica Road property is an excellent location for their New England headquarters. We wish them every success in this new location." The 70,800 s/f office building at 321 Billerica Rd. is located at the intersection of Rtes. 3 and 129. Other tenants in the building include Biscom, Schafer Corp., Our Stage, and Korde Associates.
