Executive Influence seminar comes to Hartford & Albany

Hartford, CT Executive Influence: Grow Your Ability to Connect & Lead, presented by The Bolder Company and NY-based Koppett will be offered on May 23 in Hartford, and on June 6 in Albany, N.Y. The full-day session will focus on building executive level influence skills.

The Hartford workshop will run from 8:30 a.m. - 4 p.m. at the Chrysalis Training & Conference Center on Homestead Ave. Combining applied theatre and improv work with foundational organizational development tools, the experiential workshop will focus on building spontaneity, curiosity, listening, and executive presence skills. Individuals who participate in this session will:

• Strengthen listening and awareness muscles;

• Increase their ability to make choices and offer suggestions based on what is needed in the moment;

• Hone their influencing language and behaviors; and

• Acquire tools to connect more authentically and deeply with others.

The Executive Influence session includes continental breakfast and lunch as well as all workshop materials.
