White and McInnis of Bean Group sell two New Hampshire properties - $2.625 million

13-15 Rockingham Road - Windham, NH 

 

Portsmouth, NH Shannon White and Chris McInnis of Bean Group started off 2018 with two significant office and retail transactions in Windham and Portsmouth.

The first property was a renovated historic office building in downtown Portsmouth at 62 Deer St. White and McInnis represented the seller, and worked with Bob Marchewka of One Commercial Real Estate who represented the buyer, Air General of Portsmouth. This 5,100 s/f office property was the only fee simple ownership real estate located on “The Hill” in downtown and was sold for $1.525 million.

The second sale was a former car dealership located at the corner of Rte. 28 and Rte. 111 in Windham at 13-15 Rockingham Rd. White and McInnis represented the seller of this former automotive property and procured the buyer Rockingham Road Realty Trust. The property consisted of an 18,000 s/f retail building on 3.13 acres and sold for $1.1 million.
