Eysenbach of R.W. Holmes and Tognacci of Phoenix Comm'l. lease

John Eysenbach of R.W. Holmes Realty and Dave Tognacci of Phoenix Commercial have brokered the signing of a new lease for a 106,250 s/f distribution center with W.A. Wilde Co. at 350 Hopping Brook Rd. W.A. Wilde is moving from an 80,000 s/f facility in Brockton. W.A. Wilde decided on the Hopping Brook Park warehouse only minutes from it's headquarters at 200 Summer St. W.A. Wilde is relocating their direct marketing business with this expansion into a seven year old, 30' clear distribution facility. The park is now 97% occupied with an additional 55,000 s/f currently under construction or planned for 2008.
