Malone Comm'l. sells $1.387 million property to H & R Realty Trust
JR Seely Co., LLC has purchased the property at 24 Christopher Toppi Dr. in Twin Falls from H & R Realty Trust for $1,387,500.
David Caron, Malone Commercial Brokers, and Jessica Estes of CBRE completed the sale.
