Eysenbach of R.W. Holmes brokers $2.575m sale
Hudson, MA R.W. Holmes Realty completed the sale of 108 Forest Ave. John Eysenbach represented SEM, Inc., who purchased the 30,000 s/f flex building for $2.575 million. SEM, Inc. is a leader in the data destruction business. This new location will provide additional warehouse and manufacturing space for the company. Bret O’Brien of GBCP represented the seller.
