Eysenbach of R.W. Holmes handles $3.2m sale of 45,000 s/f office/warehouse prop.

John Eysenbach of R.W. Holmes Realty Co., Inc. has completed the sale of 47 S. Maple St., for $3.2 million. Premier Equipment, Inc. of Natick purchased the 45,000 s/f office, warehouse on 9.6 acres for their growing construction equipment sales and leasing business. The site was previously occupied by Bevilaqua Paving before they sold the business to Riley Brothers. The building is designed to easily subdivide in 5,000 s/f units with both drive in and tailboard loading. John Eysenbach was the sole broker in the transaction and represents the buyer in search of a 15-20,000 s/f tenant for future expansion space currently available in the building. Since 1976 R.W.
