Eysenbach of R.W. Holmes negotiates $1.9 million
sale of industrial building

Ashland, MA R.W. Holmes negotiated the sale of a boutique industrial building located at 200 Butterfield Dr. The 12,000 s/f property was purchased by George Kong. The seller was Butterfield Realty, LLC. The boutique building was sold for $1.9 million.

R.W. Holmes executive vice president John Eysenbach represented the seller in the transaction. The buyer was represented by James Keefe of Greater Boston Commercial Properties, Inc. (GBCP).

“Industrial product for sale remains rare across Greater Boston,” said Eysenbach. “These condo units are in excellent condition and provide a unique opportunity for ownership in a highly competitive MetroWest Market.”
