The property is in the heart of the Metrowest South Industrial Market and located off I-495. The building is fully leased by MicroGroup, a medical-device component manufacturing company.
Eysenbach was the sole broker for the transaction, representing the buyer, Industrial Park Realty, LLC, and the seller, Riverside Properties, Inc.
