Medway, MA According to R.W. Holmes Realty, John Eysenbach completed the sale of 77,253 s/f for $4.6 million at 7 Industrial Park Rd.  7 Industrial Park Rd. is a four-star industrial/warehouse situated on 5.02 acres of land. The property is in the heart of the Metrowest South Industrial Market and located off I-495.  The building is fully leased by MicroGroup, a medical-device component manufacturing company.

Eysenbach was the sole broker for the transaction, representing the buyer, Industrial Park Realty, LLC, and the seller, Riverside Properties, Inc.
