Matt Fair of Hayes & Sherry Real Estate Services has leased 6,000 s/f at 40 Westminster St., a class A office tower in downtown, to Ratcliffe Harten Burke & Galamaga, LLP. Fair represented the landlord. Ratcliffe relocated from One Financial Plaza and has leased the East wing of the 7th floor at 40 Westminster St. Wendy Doyle, property manager for 40 Westminster St., said, "We are thrilled to welcome Ratcliffe Harten Burke & Galamaga to the building. They are just the type of "best-in-class" firm that we hope to attract and retain at the property." "The building has everything that we need and the rate is very competitive with rates for similar space in Providence's Financial District. We're very happy with the move," said Richard Ratcliffe, a partner at Ratcliffe Harten Burke & Galamaga, LLP.
