Matt Fair of Hayes & Sherry Real Estate Services has leased 6,000 s/f at 40 Westminster St., a class A office tower in downtown, to Ratcliffe Harten Burke & Galamaga, LLP. Fair represented the landlord.
Ratcliffe relocated from One Financial Plaza and has leased the East wing of the 7th floor at 40 Westminster St.
