What your firm does now and its plans for the future? The UCAC is a non-profit trade association representing the underground utility construction industry Connecticut. UCAC contractor members perform work to improve and enhance the utility infrastructure, which includes stormwater sewers, sanitary sewers, drainage systems, water lines, cable, ducts, conduits, tunneling, site work, boring, and trenchless technology.
