Fallon Commercial signs 11,700 s/f lease

Fallon Community Health Plan, Inc., and its subsidiary Summit Elder Care are in the process of opening a second location. The site is at Routes 20 and 122 and is under construction. Fallon Community Health Plan lease was fully executed with M.S.A., LLC, the owner and developer of the project. The lease calls for the construction of an 11,700 s/f facility at 1367-1369 Grafton St. All permits and approvals have been granted. The site will provide access via Rte. 20 to Worcester and surrounding communities. William Kelleher and Peter Dunn of Kelleher & Sadowsky Associates represented the tenant, Fallon Community Health Plan and Summit Elder Care. Donald Mancini also of Kelleher & Sadowsky, represented the owner and developer, M.S.A. LLC.
