Faye of Capital Comm'l. brokers 2,730 s/f lease to Rose & Vicki's

Capital Commercial Real Estate, LLC recently leased a free-standing 2,730 s/f building at 655 Bridge St., Rte. 3A to the growing independent restaurant chain Rose and Vicki's of Plymouth, Dartmouth and Marion. Founded in 1976, Rose & Vicki's offers stone hearth pizza, subs and wraps, appetizers, salads, party platters, and homemade fresh baked goods. Rose & Vicki's will offer delivery and drive-thru pickup for phone orders. Ellen Faye of Capital Commercial Real Estate, LLC represented the landlord Central Cinema Development Corp. and BI-MAR Corp., and procured the tenant R&V Pizza, Inc. doing business as Rose & Vicki's. Faye said, "The demographics, visibility, and strong traffic count were the deciding factors for Rose & Vicki's choice of location. We had tremendous interest from national chains, and independent restaurants, but the landlord decided Rose & Vicki's proven restaurant concept will be very successful in this location. Rose & Vicki's owners David Smith, and Vinny Williams plan major interior and exterior renovations giving the property an entirely new look and feel. The owners plan a mid-September opening.
