Feiner and Steingold of MG Commercial sell 2.3 acre parcel for CVS

Dan Feiner and Larry Steingold, both senior vice presidents of MG Commercial Real Estate Services, represented Corsi-Fitz, LLC in the $1.55 million sale of 26 Putnam Pike to Coast Realty Associates who was represented by Steve Hardy of MG Commercial. The 2.3 acre parcel was used by Electra Auto Sales who will be relocating to the adjacent parcel. Coast Rlty. will be building a new CVS Pharmacy at the corner of Putnam Pike and Waterman Rd. directly across from Walgreens. MG Commercial R.E. is a full-service commercial real estate brokerage company. The firm sells and leases real estate, and consults for landlords, tenants, individuals, investors and institutions in R.I. and southeastern Mass.

Goldberg of Spire Investments purchases Beverly portfolio for $9.2m

Beverly, MA Jay Goldberg, president and owner of Spire Investments has completed the purchase of four multifamily buildings. The 33-unit purchase amounted to a sale price of $9.2 million or $278,788 per unit. The properties are all located in downtown and consist of one- and two-bedroom units.
