Feiner of MG Commercial sells 3,000 s/f retail space for $800,000
Dan Feiner of MG Commercial Real Estate Services, representing the ownership of 1592 Mineral Spring Ave., sold the 3,000 s/f free-standing former KFC for $800,000 to a Dunkin' Donuts franchisee. The new owner will be undertaking the construction and transformation. He plans on opening a new Dunkin' Donuts location by October.
MG Commercial Real Estate is a full-service, commercial real estate company located in Providence, and serving all of Rhode Island and southeastern Mass.
