Fellah of HK arranges acquisition of 449 Boston Post Rd. for $2 million
Orange, CT Franco Fellah, executive vice president at HK Group represented the buyer in the acquisition of the 13,660 s/f freestanding retail building located at 449 Boston Post Rd.
The building was previously owner occupied, doing business as Chef’s Equipment Emporium.
The property sold to a day care center operator with multiple locations.
The price was $2 million - the property is in the C-2 Zone, on a 0.97 acre lot.
