According to data maintained by the CT SmartMLS, this transaction marks the highest single-family home sale ever recorded in this town.

‘The Point House’, which was originally built in 1908 by the Army Corps of Engineers for the lighthouse keeper, sits in front of the Stonington Lighthouse with water views of Fishers Island, Watch Hill, Montauk and Block Island. “I was honored to represent this majestic waterfront home that is rich with history,” said Joyal.

“I love what I do and it is exemplified by my total dedication to my clients in each transaction.”

The record breaking sale comes on the heels of Joyal’s recent sale of 87 Latimer Point, which previously held the record for the highest sale in Stonington since December 2018.

Over the course of her career, Joyal has closed over $940 million in sales volume. Year-to-date, Joyal has participated in all 3 of Stonington’s top sales.
