Fellah of HK Group completes five deals totaling 8,076 s/f

Franco Fellah, executive vice president of HK Group, finalized four leases in Westport and a sale in Norwalk totaling 8,076 s/f. At 943 Post Rd. East, Windsong, Inc. leased 1,950 s/f of office space. Fellah represented the owner, and Bruce Wettenstein, SIOR of Vidal/Wettenstein represented the tenant. In the same building, Netherby Advisors leased 1,700 s/f of office space. Fellah was the only broker in this transaction. SIR Holdings, LLC owns the property which is now 100% leased. At 10 Saugatuck Ave., Earth Animal leased 1,551 s/f of office; the building owner is Anna Perenna, Inc. Fellah handled both sides of the transaction. At 9 Post Rd. West, American Flag Granite & Stones, LLC leased 875 s/f of retail space. Fellah represented both parties in this deal. Phat Development, LLC is the building owner. At 148 East Ave. in Norwalk, Dr. Harris Greenberger purchased a 2,000 s/f medical condo for his practice. Fellah produced the buyer; Jodie Dostal of Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller. The value of the transaction was $500,000.
