Fellah of HK Group finalizes $800,000 sale at 116 Sherman Street

Fairfield, CT Franco Fellah, executive vice president at HK Group, finalized the sale of the property at 116 Sherman St. for $800,000.

The property includes two structures: one, a two-story office building of 2,116 s/f and the other one, a garage of 408 s/f.

116 Sherman St. sits on 0.21 acres of land zoned CDD – Central Design District, with about 50’ of frontage.

Both buildings were vacant at the time of the sale.

The seller was Darlene Knight and the buyer was 116 Sherman, LLC., an entity belonging to a Fairfield County buyer. The buyer bought the building for its own use.

Fellah of HK Group Westport represented the buyer, while Tommy Febbraio and Vince Byrne of Coldwell Banker Commercial Fairfield represented the seller.
