EAC Properties completes $1.18 million sale of 179 acres
Andreas Senie, EAC PropertieTorrington, CT EAC Properties completed the $1.18 million sale of 179 acres. EAC Commercial is the dedicated commercial division of the Higgins Group. Founder and managing partner, Andreas Senie represented the seller, the non-profit “The Girl Scouts of CT” in partnership with Tom Mettling of J Thomas Mettling Realtor LLC, representing The Arc of Litchfield County Inc. in this transaction. This land sale was part of a larger 279-acre parcel. The remaining 99.75-acre parcel, also listed by EAC Commercial, is being offered for sale. It has 1,955.4 ft. of frontage on Brandy Hill Rd. and 3,570 ft. of frontage on Jakes Rd. This parcel contains a 9.7-acre hayfield and has the second highest land elevation in the area.
Also available in Litchfield County is 75 acres of semi-improved land in Norfolk, with 2,000 ft. of frontage on Grantville Rd. This site is currently being utilized as a day camp.
