According to FHO Partners, Kevin Hanna has joined the firm as a partner. Hanna brings more than 22 years experience to FHO Partners, having worked in Cushman & Wakefield's Boston office since 1988. Hanna is a recognized industry leader, specializing in tenant representation in the life sciences, technology and industrial sectors. At FHO Partners, he will focusing his expertise on the MetroWest real estate submarket.

Hanna joined Cushman & Wakefield shortly after graduating from Boston College with a BA in Economics. He advanced quickly to the position of executive director in the firm's Brokerage Group. During his tenure there, Hanna participated in the lease or sale of more than 15 million s/f of space.
His clients include Netezza, International Data Group and 3Com Corporation, and his sale transactions include the 3Com Campus (531,000 SF) in Marlborough and the former Lucent Campus (500,000 SF) also in Marlborough. Hanna was consistently recognized as one of the top performers in the country at Cushman & Wakefield. He is an active member of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board, and chairs the Board of Directors for Best Buddies of Massachusetts.
