Yee and Montgomery of Redstone broker $690,000 sale of 36.3 acre site

Peter Yee and Ross Montgomery of Redstone represented the owner, Lacillade Lumber Company, Inc. and procured the buyer, Osprey Holdings, LLC/Poulin Lumber, Inc. in the sale of the former Lacillade Lumber site at 258 Meadow St. The property was sold for $690,000. The property consists of 3 building totaling 53,666 s/f on 36.3 acres, and will be the home of Poulin Lumber's new store.
