Filler of RM Bradley Brokerage Company represents Dorset Crossing LLC in 10 acre purchase for $3.4 million

Eastpointe Dorset Buyer LLC purchased 10 acres of land from Dorset Crossing LLC for $3.4 million last week. The site, located within the mixed use Dorset Crossing development, when completed, will contain 168 market rate apartments in seven buildings and will include a swimming pool and clubhouse for the residents. The first building is set to be completed in the first quarter of 2015. Dorset Crossing is a mixed-use development of residential, retail, medical and professional office space. Saint Francis Care currently occupies 10,000 s/f in the existing medical office building on-site. Andrew Filler, managing partner at RM Bradley Brokerage Company represented the seller, Dorset Crossing LLC and procured the buyer, Eastpointe Dorset Buyer LLC.
