Filous joins Ryer Associates as VP/investment consulting

According to Jeff Ryer, president of Ryer Associates, Peter Filous has joined the firm as vice president/investment consulting. Filous' responsibilities will include investment analysis and project development. With his background in banking, he will also be invaluable in serving clients with distressed real estate. Filous' career includes forty years of experience in various aspects of real estate including finance, construction, development, investment consulting and appraisal.
