Morris and Karney of O,R&L broker 122,000 s/f lease to CIGNA
Jay Morris and Carol Karney of O,R&L Commercial recently completed the full building lease at 3 Waterside Crossing to Connecticut General Life Insurance Company (CIGNA), which consolidated multiple offices into this location.
O,R&L represented the landlord, 3 Waterside Crossing Associates, LLC. CB Richard Ellis represented the tenant.
