Fischer of Fischer Real Estate brokers $1 million sale of 29,240 s/f
Alan Fischer, CCIM, SIOR, of Orange-based Fischer Real Estate and Jeff Dow, CCIM, of New Haven-based Dow Realty, combined to represent property owner A&H Estra, LLC in the sale of 188 Bradley St. The 29,240 s/f industrial building on 5.16 acres sold for $1 million. The buyer was BAS Investments, LLC.
Dennis Amendola of Branford-based Weichert Shoreline Properties represented the buyer.
The building is 100% leased to Safway, a national leader in providing scaffolding systems and personnel hoists to the construction industry.
