Lewis of Vidal Wettenstein completes $1.2 million sale in Westport
Robert Lewis, partner at Vidal Wettenstein, LLC completed the sale of a 6,000 s/f office building located at 37 Franklin St. to Chris Anderson.
Lewis represented the seller, Dinmar Realty in this $1.2 million transaction, while Kevin Foley, Sr. of Cushman & Wakefield represented the buyer.
The buyer intends to renovate the building and operate his business out of there.
