Fischer of Fischer Real Estate handles 29,240 s/f lease to Safway Scaffolding & Access Solutions

Wisconsin-based Safway Scaffolding & Access Solutions has entered into a 5-year lease for 29,240 s/f at 188 Bradley St. The landlord is A&H Estra, LLC. The property was co-listed by Alan Fischer, CCIM, SIOR, of Fischer Real Estate and Jeff Dow, CCIM, of Dow Realty. Fischer was the broker who introduced the property to Safway and was the sole local broker who handled the lease negotiations between the tenant and the landlord. "Safway is a leader in its field with locations all across the United States and Canada" said Fischer. "This building, which is Safway's first location in Connecticut, is actually a bit larger than they needed initially but the landlord made Safway an offer they couldn't refuse and a deal was struck." Founded in 1976, Orange-based Fischer Real Estate specializes in helping people make informed decisions on selling, buying or leasing commercial and investment properties throughout Fairfield and New Haven Counties.
