Fischer Real Estate sells 14.4 industrial acres for $2.65 million

Milford, CT A New York based manufacturing company with ties to the building products industry has purchased 14.4 industrial acres at 539 Oronoque Rd. The sale price was $2.65 million. The buyer plans to renovate and add onto an existing 23,250 s/f building and construct at least two new industrial buildings to accommodate its growing business.
The seller was Arrow Realty, LLC. Alan Fischer, CCIM, SIOR, of Fischer Real Estate Inc. represented both the seller and the buyer.
“The value of this transaction was in the land. The opportunity to purchase over 14 acres of mostly level, environmentally clean, strategically located industrial land in this part of Connecticut with access to public sewer and water was simply too good to pass up,” said Fischer. “The existing building, which needs substantial work, is structurally sound and turned out to be a bonus for this buyer.”
