Fischer Commercial brokers $1.5m sale of one-acre site leased to Alliance Energy
Monroe, CT In an off-market transaction, 456 Main St. has been sold by The Florence G. Knees Revocable Trust to Jambs, LLC. The sale price was $1.5 million. The one-acre commercial property is 100% leased to Alliance Energy, LLC, who operates a Buck Stop gas station/C-store and Hill-n-Dale Sales & Service, an auto repair facility.
Alan Fischer, CCIM, SIOR, of Fischer Commercial Real Estate, represented both the seller and the buyer in this transaction.
