Lyman Real Estate handles lease to S&S Worldwide
Norwich, CT S&S Worldwide, which distributes products for education and recreation, has leased additional warehouse and office space at 5 Wisconsin Ave.
The transaction was arranged by Ron Lyman, CCIM, CEO of Lyman Real Estate, who was agent for landlord Jack Feinberg of 5 Wisconsin Avenue, LLC. John Cafasso of Colliers International represented tenant S&S Worldwide and the co-president of the company Adam Schwartz.
The seven-year lease provides the tenant with 91,132 s/f of warehouse space and 5,000 s/f for offices.
