The former Independence Mall has been desolate for years until 24 months ago when Pyramid reclaimed the property at auction. The new Kingston Collection has undergone a massive and extensive facelift, adding Target, K1 Racing, Waxy O’Connor’s and many other large name brand powerhouses.

“We are so excited to be part of such a large scale and professional development,” said ?Ryan ?Gadles, owner of Fit Factory.? “Its a real honor to part of a project with names as large as these. We really see the Kingston Collection evolving into a premier shopping center here in Mass. We are super excited to be such a large part of it,” said Gadles.?

Fit Factory Kingston will be the company’s flagship club with ?brand new everything. New cardio equipment, new free weights, brand new spin studio, locker rooms with steam and sauna and everything you could ever want in a health club, including the company’s M/O which is a full service CrossFit Box in house! Additionally, the club will offer an all new Mind/Body studio and much larger womens only area, as it has been such a success in Braintree.

Fit Factory expects to be open to the public the 2nd week in January 2016. The club’s first 3,000 members will receive no enrollment fee and membership as low as $10/month.

The owners of Fit Factory, Matt Genes, Tracey Gadles, Dennis Bairos and Ryan Gadles have been planning an expansion since Fit Factory, Braintree first opened earlier this year.

“We think its important for our company to continue to grow. We are in a desperately underserved market place, and want to be able to bring our affordable, top of line amenities to all the local communities. Being in both fitness and real estate offers us a such a great perspective of what the market needs, and where the market needs it. With this location, we will be right on the Kingston and Plymouth line, which makes us unique in that we are able to serve all of Kingston and Duxbury but also able to serve the members in Plymouth who are stuck going to older run down clubs or like everyone else, trapped in a brand name club that doesn’t even care to know their name, offer classes etc. In house Crossfit, not a generic equivalent, is going to be our staple. Its such a popular and fulfilling exercise community, we feel that all of clubs and members will benefit from it,” said Gadles.
