Flaherty, Hansen and Coffin of Colliers M&G rep. Alanar in 8,787 s/f

Alnara Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a pharmaceutical company developing novel, non-systemic orally-delivered protein therapeutics for the treatment of metabolic diseases, has executed a new 8,787 s/f office/laboratory lease at 840 Memorial Dr. Colliers Meredith & Grew's Joe Flaherty, Tucker Hansen and Ben Coffin represented the landlord, The Abbey Group, in the transaction. Edward Fothergill and Dan Sullivan of CresaPartners represented Alnara Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Specifics of the lease transaction were not disclosed. 840 Memorial Dr. is a 5-story, 130,000 s/f first-class laboratory building located along the Charles River between Harvard and MIT.
