Flynn Properties of West Hartford has broken ground on an 18-unit, high end apartment redevelopment. The project is an application of the town's newly adopted adaptive reuse regulation, petitioned to the Town of Suffield by Flynn Properties legal counsel, Allan Koerner, partner at Rome, Clifford, Katz and Koerner in Hartford. The regulation permits applicants to redevelop existing vacant structures that do not conform to existing regulations into more suitable uses.
The subject property is a long vacant commercial building located off the town's historic main street, on 390 Boston Neck Rd. in a residential area. The completed project will consist of 18 high-end one and two-bedroom apartments featuring, vaulted ceilings, balconies, high-end appliances, granite counter tops and wood floors throughout.
Flynn Properties looks forward to introducing the units to market in early summer 2012. Inquiries regarding this project can be made and more information found by visiting www.flynndevelopment.com
