William Raveis wins three HOBI Awards
William Raveis Real Estate, Mortgage and Insurance received three Home Building Industry Awards (HOBI) at the annual awards dinner Nov. 15 at the Aqua Turf.
The awards are sponsored by the Home Builders Assn. of Conn. to recognize and showcase the best products and services offered by its member companies in multiple categories such as new home construction, land development, remodeling, commercial construction, sales and marketing.
The New Homes Division of William Raveis won recognition for Cranberry Hill Estates as Best Marketed Community. The same Shelton community also received kudos for the Best Website, while Cranberry Hill Estates sales director Vera Clark won the Fairfield County Best Sales Person of the Year category.
Cranberry Hill Estates is a new neighborhood of 40 classic, Colonial style single family homes in a detached condominium community.
