Flynn Properties completes leasing at Suffield Apartment Homes
Flynn Properties has completed leasing at Suffield Apartment Homes. The apartments are now 100% fully leased.
The apartment project was a collaborative effort between partners Mark Draymore and David Flynn.
Stefanie Salerno from Coldwell Banker Real Estate was the leasing agent at the property.
Flynn Properties is seeking more well located adaptive re-use apartment projects throughout New England along with their core retail acquisitions.
