Godin Jr. and Matthews of Matthews Commercial Properties lease 14,000 s/f

Ed Godin Jr., SIOR, and Gerry Matthews of Matthews Commercial Properties, have represented both parties in the long-term lease of 14,000 s/f of manufacturing and office space at 1085 Waterbury Rd. The 55,000 s/f facility is well located with easy access to Rte. 8 highway and is owned by The Stevens Co. The new tenant, Beardsworth Group, Inc., will be utilizing the facility for their manufacturing and warehouse operations. Beardsworth will be relocating and expanding their business from Waterbury. They manufacture aerosol filling and packaging machinery.
