Foote of O,R&L Commercial LLC completes $600,000 sale of 37,000 s/f industrial building; At 565 Cedar Street sold to Sousa Investments LLC
Steve Foote of O,R&L Commercial LLC recently completed the sale of a 37,000 s/f industrial building at 565 Cedar St. for $600,000.
O,R&L represented the seller, S.J. Pawlak Associates LLC. The buyer, Sousa Investments LLC, was represented by Dave Richards of Colliers International.
O,R&L is a full service real estate firm with three divisions: Commercial Real Estate Brokerage, Commercial Construction, and Facility Management and Maintenance.
