InsideNGO, presently at 19 South Compo Rd., has signed a five year lease and will be relocating to its new location at 1221 Post Rd. East. The company will occupy 2,230 s/f of space. The property is managed by Investment Capital Partners, Ltd. The building will undergo a significant renovation both inside and out. InsideNGO will occupy the space sometime during the end of the 2nd quarter of 2011.
InsideNGO is a nonprofit membership organization of over 260 international development and relief NGOs that supports operational excellence and operational capacity-building for the international NGO community.

In another transaction, the co-founders of Lice Treatment Center LLC, Elizabeth Solovay of Easton and Dr. Elin Cohen of Fairfield recently opened the company's new administrative office and warehouse at 200 Main St. in Monroe. Lice Treatment Center LLC, established in 2005, manufactures the Jolis Cheveux by LTC, all-natural and non-toxic product line and offers complete lice removal and prevention services including in-home lice removal and lice check screening services for schools and camps.
