Foote of O,R&L Commercial sells 17,500 s/f for $850,000 in Newington
Stephen Foote of O,R&L Commercial sold 56 Budney Rd., a 17,500 s/f industrial building, situated on 1.78 acres. The property owned by TJ Real Estate, LLC., sold for $850,000 to ELTSAC, LLC. Foote was the sole broker in this transaction.
56 Budney Rd. will be the new home for the manufacturing company of Advanced Torque Products. Advanced Torque Products is a manufacturing company that produces large and small torque devices from click-out and clutch-out wrenches to digitally controlled multipliers as well as a full range of innovative precision calibration systems and torque measuring devices.
