Forest Park Properties completes $2.65m sale
New Milford, CT Forest Park Properties has closed the sale of 223 Kent Rd. for $2.65 million.
The seller of the property was 223 Kent Road LLC, and the buyer was Summit Stor-All LLC.
The property contains a seven building assemblage of self-storage units and flex-spaces. The buyer realized an actual cap rate of approximately 8%.
Forrest Park Properties would like to thank all involved in bringing this transaction to a successful closing on April 17th, during these difficult times.
