Godin Property Brokers reps. all parties in $1.95 million sale
Torrington, CT Ed Godin Jr. SIOR of Godin Property Brokers represented all parties in the $1.95 million sale of a 55,700 s/f industrial facility on 8.3 acres at 349 Ella Grasso Dr.
The facility is well located in the Torrington Industrial Park with access to the Rte. 8 Highway.
The new buyer, Jonathon Green Lawn Products headquartered in New Jersey, purchased the facility for its packing and distribution operations in the Northeast to assist with their continued growth.
The property was previously occupied by Zeller Tire and their tire retreading operation.
