According to Urstadt Biddle Properties Inc., a real estate investment trust, Zach Fox has joined as acquisitions manager. Fox was previously the director of retail and economic development for the Downtown Alliance where he held a seat on The Real Estate Board of New York's Store broker's committee and the ICSC Alliance planning committee. Prior to that, Fox was a broker at RKF & Assoc. and Winick Realty Grp., where he specialized in landlord representation and completed transactions on behalf of The Related Cos., Brookfield Props., Tishman Speyer, JP Morgan Chase, and TF Cornerstone.
Fox will be graduating from NYU's Schack Institute of Real Estate this spring with an M.S. in Real Estate Finance and Investing. Fox received his B.A. from the University of Wisconsin in 2007. He is an active member of ICSC, REBNY, and ULI.
