Fox of RPL brokers $1.16 million sale in Providence

Providence, RI Residential Properties Ltd (RPL) completed the sale of 70 Laurel Ave. for the price of $1.16 million. Sales associate Kevin Fox, a member of RPL’s local office, represented the buyers for this transaction. RPL has now listed 17 of 19 single-family homes to sell for over $1 million this year while representing 34 of the 38 transaction sides.

Within walking distance to many East Side amenities, this brick Colonial is located in the Freeman Plat neighborhood. The renovated eat-in kitchen was custom-designed and features top of the line appliances that any chef would appreciate. The home features five bedrooms, including a master suite with a marble ensuite bath complete with a whirlpool tub.
