Fredette of KW Commercial, NH completes $752,500 sale of a retail/commercial building in Hooksett, NH
KW Commercial, NH has completed the sale of a retail/commercial building including 5 acres of land located at 114 Londonderry Tpke. The property was purchased by Eric Doty and Robert Goss. Ronald Fredette of KW Commercial, NH represented the buyers as well as the seller Southwest Properties, LLC in the transaction. The property sold for $752,500.
Fredette manages seven commercial brokers in N.H. and assists the New England KW Commercial regional director with CRE agent growth initiative. He organizes regular training seminars and events such as Mastermind in Boston, conducts regional CRE agent meetings and MC's the monthly KW Commercial regional conference call.
