Freudenheim Partners assists Core Investments, Inc. in 10,917 s/f lease at the Prudential Center

Boston, MA Freudenheim Partners has facilitated the relocation of Core Investments, Inc. from 699 Boylston St. to the Prudential Center located at 800 Boylston St. Core Investments is growing from its current space of 7,222 s/f and will occupy 10,917 s/f on the 30th floor of the Pru. Ellie Cullinan and Chris Rogers of Freudenheim represented the tenant.

“Core was looking for a fully built space in the tightest submarket in Boston,” said Cullinan, executive vice president of Freudenheim. “With our focus on tenant representation we are never in a position to steer clients in the direction of particular landlords. Instead, we focus on leases that clearly offer the best value for tenants in the current market.”
