Freudenheim Partners assist Jeremiah Program in expansion and relocation to 4,645 s/f at One Appleton St.

Boston, MA Freudenheim Partners arranged the relocation and expansion of Jeremiah Program, a national nonprofit organization working alongside single mothers and their children to disrupt the cycle of generational poverty. The nonprofit organization is relocating from Roxbury and will now occupy 4,645 s/f on the second floor at One Appleton St. in the South End. Jeremiah signed a long-term lease where they will expand their footprint and use the space to connect with their clients and the community. 

Ellie Cullinan represented the tenant, Jeremiah Program, while Bonny Doorakian of BRA represented the landlord in the transaction. 

“The work Jeremiah Program is doing is so important to the city of Boston,” said Ellie Cullinan, executive vice president of Freudenheim Partners. “The challenge was finding an affordable, fully built out space, in a location that was convenient to their clients and public transportation,” she said. “One Appleton will be a great long-term home for this amazing organization.” 

One Appleton is a 4-story boutique building located between Boston’s Back Bay and eclectic South End neighborhoods. The location offers access to public transportation with the added benefit of on-site underground parking.

Founded in 1993, JP is headquartered in Minneapolis, Minnesota, with campuses in nine cities nationwide. As demand for the JP model increases, we are expanding in new cities with both residential and non-residential models.
